Mr.Densil has wide range of experience in various fields such as Rubber,Plastics,Garments, Industrial coolers, Control Cables and Transformers. He is qualified in MBA (PIM, J’pura), B Sc(Physical Science) from the University of Ruhuna, Dip.Quality Mgt(SLSI) and trained in Japan in 2008 on Quality Improvements. He worked for various multinational companies holding Snr.Mgt positions and in 2006 he was awarded as the Best Outstanding Manager for the Continual Improvements Projects . He has contributed in various companies in implementing systems on ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO18001. He is qualified Auditor and worked with DNV, TUV as an Industry Expert for 2 decades. He is reading for DBA (Lincoln university, Malaysia).
Ms. H. G. Shammi Perera – Consultant (Part Time)
Qualified in Master of Business Management from the University of Colombo-Sri Lanka. 15 Years of Industrial Experience in Engineering, and Quality Management related to the Electrical power, Telecommunication, and Training sectors . Graduated in Diploma in Engineering in the field of Electrical Power from the Council of Engineers Institution – UK, Advanced Technician Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from City & Guilds – UK, and Certificate in Quality Management System from Sri Lanka Standards Institution.
Mr. Deepaja A. Kalupahana – Consultant (Part Time)
Qualified in BSc Business Management (Logistics, Special) from NSBM, Sri Lanka. He brings a strong academic foundation to his role. With a wealth of experience garnered from multinational organizations, his expertise shines through as he contributes to our projects with remarkable precision and insight. Currently serving as a dedicated professional at Enersense (Pvt) Ltd.
Ms. G. Imesha Siriwardhana – Consultant (Part Time)
Possesses extensive experience in accounting systems. Holds a BSc in Accounting (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJP) and a CCA qualification from CA Sri Lanka. Currently works at Ernst & Young- Sri Lanka, as an Assistant Manager, and works as a part-time consultant at Ideagen Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, contributing to system development projects, company’s financial controlling, and decision making.
